Too big for small waist

My gf is approx 5’8” 125# athletic build and this lumbar pack doesn’t fit her waist, even when the belt is cinched to the max. Bummer, bc it otherwise seems to be ideal for her purposes.

This is a great lumbar pack with 2 water bottle holders. Super comfortable and stable. I wear this on weekly hikes. I don't use the hydration system but know it will come in handy when needed
