Neck:: Measure around the base of the neck.
Sleeve:: With your arms in a slightly bent position, measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to the wrist.

Shorts arrived with hole in front pocket

First off, I do not plan to shop with Backcounty.com again. The return process for defective items charges the customer, who is already dealing with the hassle of receiving a defective product, $6.99 to return the item... Really?

5+ STARS for the other four MK Teton Twill Shorts that I have owned. By far, my favorite all-time everyday shorts!

This pair was an outlier. One of the fabric pieces that sew together to form the pocket was a bit short not allowing the stitching machine to finish the seam at the bottom. It took my keys falling out to notice it.

I have had a long history with Backcountry.com, but their occasional 15% and 20% off deals aren't worth the chance of having to deal with them on the backend.
