Sizing is way off, but can work. Comfy!

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Size Bought:
30x32

I wear a 33in waist and probably 33in length in jeans. I had to downsize to 30in waist with these, and 32 length. Leg opening is huge, so will work well if you're trying to wear over large boots, otherwise to wear with shoes you're gonna have bell bottoms basically. The pants are SUPER comfortable with the fleece lining, they feel like they would keep you warm down to super low temps (single digits maybe?)with a baselayer, and prob 20's with no base. Originally ordered the 31/34 and I was swimming in the waist and length. The pants definitely have a good DWR finish from just throwing water on them in the house, we'll see how long it lasts. For reference, my sizing: 6ft ~175lb waist (@ belly button) @ 33-34in hips @ 40-41in quad @ 23-24in lower quad/above knee @ 20in

Big but comfortable

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Size Bought:

I don't love these pants but I don't dislike them either. Cons are they run big in the waist and long in the leg. I ordered 30x30 and fits more like a 33x32. Pros are they are very comfortable and warm with the fleece interior. If they came in a true size as advertised, would have gave a much higher rating.

I have tree pairs of Yumalinas myself, and the things are divine! If it didn't have to be darned cold to wear them, they'd be my go-to bottoms because they are so comfortable. Mine are true-to-size. (The Yumas the MH used to make ran narrow through the thighs, for whatever reason, and you had to order a size up.) We are moving to Minnesota, and I am stocking up on off-season apparel. I was luck enough to find the Yumalinos for my husband, sure he'd love them. I saw that the review were running from 'too big' to 'true to size.' This caused me to buy the pants in three different sizes. My husband is about 5'11" 170#. His dress trouser/jeans size is 32/34. I ordered 32/34, 32/32, and 31/32. The lengths are perfectly accurate as we are used to them. Even the legs were not remarkable for fit issues. The waist? The 31" didn't fit even with a belt. Basically, the whole "underwear area" was disproportionately large, almost as if they were made for a woman's (read: has a butt) frame. Luckily, there is an unusually large range of sizes (well done, MH!), and I was able to find a 30/34. Bottom line, a fantastic pant (in my experience with the womens' pant). Do order your regular length and drop the waist 2". (Measurements given for reference are my husband's.)
