Not for high intensity activities

These gloves do not breath well and are not suited for mountain running. They are good in the wind but only for mild activity. I can use them around the neighborhood but I won’t bring them running.

Great Climbing Glove

A climbing partner recommended I start using these as he’s been wearing them for a while now and climbing hard mixed in the winter in them. I switched last spring and soloed the mooses tooth in Alaska in these gloves on the first day wearing them- top notch. Now this winter I am climbing in them every time it’s a warmer winter day (15F or up) and definitely if it’s a hard pitch. They are a bit tighter than other gloves which I prefer for climbing and sometimes have trouble finding this happy blend of snug but not too snug fit. Highly recommend. My go-to.

Don't buy!

Worst fitting gloves I have ever purchased! My other gloves from MH are awesome and I love them. They have all been size L so that's what I ordered this time. The thumb is so short that only a two year old could wear them. My wife has small hands so I tried to give them to her but they were too small. Very disappointed with the fit of this product and the fact that I couldn't even try them out. Completely unwearable!

Bummed Out

1.) They are not orange as depicted in the photo, the gloves were delivered black and gray 2.) They were much smaller than the dimensions listed upon purchase 3.) They had a gaping hole in between the index and thumb

They're not orange at all, slightly small & chilly

Unfortunately, these gloves aren't great. Firstly, don't expect them to have any orange on them like the pictures, they don't. They're all black. Secondly, I bought the XL thinking I'd have a little extra room, but nope, they're tight enough that my hands show seam lines. Thirdly, regarding the seam lines - they're a bit rough? Scratchy? Bordering on uncomfortable. Lastly, as other have mentioned, they're not very warm. My hands are always cold, so I had low expectations here, but unfortunately, they're barely better than nothing. I hate leaving bad reviews, honestly, but this one feels warranted. Did i return them? ... no. But that's because I'm lazy about returns. Bye bye, bucks!

mixed impressions

The MH Rotor GTX Infinium glove is an odd glove. These gloves are kind of a windproof shell, which can maintain a level of warmth once heat is built up with activity requiring hand movement, especially with liners I used with lightweight and midweight liners, thus far, biking and hiking in 20F/-7C plus temp range. I took off the liners during hiking once heat had built up with activity and the shells stayed consistent. The shells grip nicely and the Infinium membrane provided good windproofing where the glove had it. The negatives of the glove are that Infinium is only used on the back panel pieces and outside thumb, with primaloft side panels, and thin poly lining on the palm. No taped seams so the windproof overall isn't so much windproof. If the membrane wrapped to the palm seam it would have provided much better wind protection. It is also odd MH chose to put an untaped seam between two Infinium pieces smack in the backhand, where wind can penetrate where the Infinium is supposed to protect the most. The glove could also be warmer if they used primaloft liner throughout, or at least as inside layer of the Infinium rather than just the side and wrist panels. The touchscreen sort of works on index and thumb, but the index finger touchscreen compatible panel piece tapers, bunches, and rotates inward oddly so it was more inside my index finger rather than flat on the index finger. The circle in the picture is where my finger pad actually is in relation to the touchscreen sensitive piece, and you can see that there is an hour glass shape to the piece at the index finger pad area. This made touchscreen operation difficult, requiring me to remove the glove. Since I'm a delicate flower, I would have appreciated a soft nose patch on the glove, but the stretchy exterior fabric is ok. Since the backpanel where the Infinium lives doesn't have a water repellent face fabric, I can see the gloves requiring more frequent cleaning to maintain the breathability of the Infinium since everything basically soaks through the elastic poly face fabric.

Where is insulation?

The description says that these gloves have PrimeLoft Gold insulation. Nope. None whatsoever. Fit is ok, average at best. Sending back.

Rotor glove

This is a great lightweight wind proof glove with really no insulation . It’s great for Fall and Spring chilly mornings or during aerobic activities. Keep a pair in your pack if you’ll be heading up to higher altitudes during the Summer.

Wouldn't keep my fingers warm in even mild temperatures, I've had better equipment for $10. These look nice, material is so so.
