Great Ski Coat
- Height: 5'3"
- Weight: 125lbs
Really flattering. Love to color. Plenty Warm!
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: True to size
Mountain Hardwear is always reliable for quality products. I've worn this jacket once so far and I'm excited to get much more use out of it. It runs true to size.
This was given as a gift but I was given feedback to share. The color options for this coat are awesome, and the material is durable and high quality. The recipient of the gift had a mountain hardware ski coat from a few years prior, it was a medium and loose fitting. This jacket is a slimmer fit so if you like some movement, or layering I would suggest a size up. The vents are awesome and pockets are functional. Overall, just a great ski jacket.
Stiff Underarm Vents
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

This jacket had it all. I searched long and hard, finally found the one. Upon arrival, I pulled it out of it's package. It's gorgeous, made of durable fabric, I know this jacket will last a lifetime. I eagerly tried it on, and there was stiff objects poking into each armpit. I thought it was packaging, turns out it's the underarm zips. They are bulky, and very stiff making it feel as though you have something poking uncomfortably. I'm bummed. I can''t handle the pokes though. Also, wish the hood detatched. The jacket is truly so nice however I'm back to searching.
