Nice pants

I've only used these a couple times so far, but I like these pants. They are soft and you can layer or not. The adjustable waist is perfect for that. They move well with you and don't feel stiff. The only thing I don't like about these is the webbing loop- I really wish it was a metal clip. I use them for multi-purpose: snow blowing/shoveling, snow shoeing and skiing-and the webbing loop just isn't convenient for regular snow boots (or my hiking boots in my case).

Great pants

I like these pants. I haven't been able to wear them over my boots yet, but the bottom of the pants have enough space. The pants are really good material, SUPER soft in the inside and warm. The only problem I have is that the thighs fit pretty tight (I have thick thighs comparitively to the rest of me) and the waist is too big. I was able to wear thin leggings underneath them still, but the velcro belt that is attatched doesn't close the waist enough for me and since the thighs are tight I wasn't able to size down. When the velcro belt is as tight as can be, the back bunches up a a little on the waistline/top of the butt. I'm 5'3 128 lbs and chose a small/regular length because I wanted them to be long enough to fit over my boots. I attatched a picture of me on my tip toes and of me flat footed to see the length. The color is super pretty and the pockets are GREAT! Over all I love these pants, I will just have to get a belt to help them stay up a little more.

Great product from mountain hardwear

Fits a little smaller than the "Chute" pants but basically the same overall I like those better as heat vents are inner thigh on Chute and outer on this.

Great product but too big

Excellent ski pant but too big. I ordered a small (I am a size 4-6) and these are bigger and longer than I expected (I ordered a short). Definitely would recommend going down a size and be prepared for a length that is longer than a true petite length.

Perfect fit!

I am 5’5”, 122lbs and ordered the XS originally but had to exchange for a small. The small fit perfectly, slim with fleece leggings underneath but not tight. Lakeshore Blue is a beautiful color. Quality after first use seems great. It was my first MHW ski related purchase and I’m impressed!

super tight in booty and thighs and low cut

I normally wear a large in M.H. but these pants run super small, reordering an XL to see if they fit better.....

Love these!

I have not yet had a chance to try these out on the slopes so my 5 star ratings are a bit conjectural. Having said that, I can hardly wait to go skiing because these pants seem great so far. The insulation is substantial without making the pants too bulky or puffy. I'm pretty cold blooded but I expect that these will keep me happily warm. The front pockets are large and one of them has a tether and clip so you won't lose your keys. The back pocket has kind of a dumb looking flap over it but there is a zipper underneath the flap so the back pocket will also be secure. Speaking of the zippers, they look like they'll stay closed and be totally waterproof. I'm around 5'4", 130# and I got the medium short. I'm pear shaped and these pants were roomy enough for me in the hips and thighs without being "balloony." As with most pants, the waist is too big for me but the velcro tabs on the sides do a good job of snugging up the waist. Overall, I'm really happy with these so far and I'm eager to get out on the mountain.

solid pants

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute, I got the lakeshore blue and I really like the color and fit. Good quality. Sizing seems sliightly smaller than another brand I have. I'm 5'2" and hippy so I got a short large, and they work well over pants, although my other snowpants are a medium.

Perfect Insulated Pants

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I can’t believe how great the quality is for such an affordable pair of ski pants. I purchased in black and they fit exactly the way I was hoping. They are durable and look great!! I am 5 ft 3, 115 lbs and bought an xs.
