Not for me it seems
Liked the pants. 32 too short, 34 too long, overall kinda baggy fit

My new favorite pants
An amazing improvement over the AP pant. These are softer and even more comfortable.

Smaller than the Original AP Pant.
As a fan of the original AP pant, I wanted to share that the AP active pant definitely runs smaller. The AP active is smaller in the waist, the legs are shorter and slimmer. Also, these don't have the button-up cuff. The material feels, and is, more synthetic (no cotton in the fabric blend).

My New Favorite Pants
These may be my new favorite pants. Purchased about a week ago and have been wearing them every day since I got them. I love the stretch and comfort of these pants. It's athleisure, but I can actually wear them to work. I have not taken them out on the trail yet, but intend to soon (once it cools off a bit). As far as fit, the waist runs true to size. I typically wear a 38 waist and the 38 waist fit's perfectly. In fact, it fits snug, but not tight nor loose. The length, however, was an issue. Typically I can get away with a 32" length (I like my cuffs to rest on the top of my foot because I am barefoot more often than not), but I needed the 34 length just to get to the top of my foot. So I would recommend sizing up one size for length. All things said, I have nothing bad to say about these pants. I'll probably buy at least one more pair in the future.

I like
Great fit, flex and give. Warm enough, cool enough and well made as usual. 3rd pair I've purchased, I like.

Well made and good fit
Bought these for my partner to wear to work where he is indoors/outdoors back and forth in the rain but needs to look professional. They look nice like regular work pants but are way more functional. The fabric is really sturdy but lightweight. The black is super sleek, buying a couple other colors for him. He is a 33x33 so usually in between sizes, 34x32 fits him well. The legs are little wide but that’s the only imperfection. Great pants.

Pleased enough to buy 2nd pair
Overall very pleased with the AP Active pant. Material is stretchy-comfy; slim silhouette without being clingy. Front pockets could be deeper.

Pants
Length 32 was very short and not comparable to other Mountain Hardware pants I have ordered

Versatile pants
My second pair of these pants. Lightweight, stretchy, wrinkle & abrasion-resistant - they work well as outdoor wear or travel togs. Slim, hiking-pant silhouette, but perfectly presentable in town.
