I was looking for a fleece midlayer to wear between my wool base layer and down sweater on really cold new england ski days. I'm usually between a small and a medium, 130, 5-5. 36b, broad shoulders. I ordered this in medium and it fit great. There were just 2 small issues. 1. it had a very odd smell, almost like kitty litter, which if I was going to keep it I'd hope after one washing it wouldn't be an issue, and 2. there were no thumb holes. I like these on my layers when I'm skiing to make sure all they layers make it down to my wrists. The purple was a very lovely color, soft outer fabric and a warm mid layer soft fleece on the inside. I tried this on with jeans and it came to my belt loops, if you are tall or have a long torso it may be a tad short on you.
