I thought these were the same gloves, but...

These are fine gloves, but I was buying as a replacement for what I thought were the same model ski gloves (look exactly the same, waterproof gortex), but they were much thinner than my previous mountain hardware ski gloves. So much thinner that I ended up returning them for concern on frigid ski days.

Waterproof

I've used it several times

Skied and climbed with these. They've been plenty warm enough and waterproof. Wrist straps would be nice but that's a personal preference.

Did I get a Lemon?

I used these for resort skiing on the East Coast about 20 days. The gloves are not as warm as they should be considering how bulky they are. The cuff is too small to fit over my jacket cuff, and too large to go under, so your wrists will always let in a draft of cold air. They seem to always be wet after each use, both inside and out. I have non Gore-Tex gloves that keep me dryer than these. Finally, the leather not only came apart at the seam but also tore apart on both thumbs.

Perfect for wet spring skiing, great value.

Perfect for wet spring skiing. Lightweight, warm/cool as needed, and waterproof. Used under very wet conditions and was very happy with these gloves.

Perfect gloves for a wet fall, mild winter.

Great waterproof gloves. I was expecting a bit more insulation in them, but they’ll be great with a thin liner when the mercury drops.

Very good gloves

My search for the perfect pair of gloves might be over! These are not bulky, very warm and definitely waterproof. Also the grip is great! I have more pairs of gloves than anyone should. These have risen to the top of the heap.

Too big

Like other reviews said they run big. I ordered an XS and they’re still too big for me. Haven’t used them in the snow yet but material seems like they’d keep hands dry.
