best top
This technical top is amazing. It's lightweight but is surprisingly warm, and also very comfortable to wear.

Too delicate for active wear
I decided to give AirMesh a try. Well, I found that it is not practical active wear top. Pros: it weights nothing, but still warm if you add a windbreaker on top of this shirt. Cons: even light wind will make you feel chilly; the fabric doesn't keep shape; only delicate wash and no dryer care; doesn't feel nice to skin; the fabric is easy to peel and break. Caspian color appear dull, more greyish green (not bright blue/green as on the picture). I didn't find this item to be versatile. I only use it as backup top and carry it in my backpack in case I need extra layer. The fit is loose, but I would not size down if you use it as light mid layer.

Thumbs down!
Unfortunately this didn't work for me. I always wear a size small and this one was too big. The color was odd. I wanted it for sun protection for a hike in the Grand Canyon, it felt like it would be too hot.

Great layer
Very nice layer. Feels super soft on the inside. Allows some air flow into your body, so plan on a layer underneath if it is cold, if you want the coolness as you hike west as is. Very warm with a jacket over it. Great for cool morning hikes.

AirMesh series are excellent .
Light and worm ! Allowing the body moisture released . Good series ! Can you consider material, Polartec Alpha Direct for styles as well?

Not my favorite
It runs very large. Definitely size down. Also, unsure of the long term durability of the fabric, since it looks like it will be prone to abrasion.

A great product that is a hidden gem
I have so much to say about this product. It's seriously amazing; both breathable and insulating to a stunning degree. Everyone I know who has one raves about it. My husband works at an outdoor retailer and several of his colleagues have airmesh tops that they rave about to customers. I bought the whole family tops for Christmas, except for one unfortunate sister in law who wears a size larger than the largest size. The only drawback is set It is really unattractive. The cut of the zip up as well as the pullover Is a bit boxy. Also, the way the material looks isn't great which is I think why I'm not hearing a ton of rave reviews. People have to want to try it on first in order to understand how awesome it really is. I'm not sure what you could do for marketing or if there is some way to make it more interesting looking like an ombre color wash? I just feel like everyone should know how great this product is.

Weird but lovable
At first I thought, this is a really weird shirt. It's almost transparent and is much lighter than expected. But after a 10k in 40 degree weather, I LOVE this top! Lightweight, surprisingly warm, and moves well.

Nice for a winter run
I love Mountain Hardware, so I picked up this top for my winter running. It is great under my running shells and has kept me warm in icy temperatures. It fits a little big. I typically wear a small shirt and am a size 4. I bought the small size and it is fairly loose and the arms are a little long. Even so, I like the extra fabric and it doesn't seem to affect the performance.

Warm & Breathable
I bought this for the days when it's cold at the trailhead but you warm up throughout the hike and so far, it's been perfect for that use. The fuzziness on the inside helps to insulated but the mesh perforations allow for a lot of breathability. The product listing showed it as running small but I order my usual size Medium and I actually find it to be slightly large in the shoulders and sleeves.
