The Ultralight Down Vest is packed with 800-fill goose down, which is lightweight and lofts easily after being compressed. While warmth is this jacket's hallmark, it also does a nifty job at keeping wind and moisture out. The 15D Ballistic Airlight nylon shell ensures durability without sacrificing weight, and Polkatex DWR coating keeps out all extra moisture trying to sneak in (it's rated to maintain effectiveness for 100 washes). Single-quilt construction reduces weight and stuffs easily into your pack or pocket. Can your tee do that? Nope, it can't.
