Just need some good support when I'm riding but without feeling like a sauna up top! This is a super breathable and comfortable go-to riding bra. I like how it looks so if I decide to jump in the lake after a long ride, it easily doubles as a bikini top when needed! Big fan! I'm usually a medium as I have a larger rib cage. Medium fits but after taking out the padding I could have gone with a small.
