Put down the fructose and drink some water.

Somewhere along the road of hydration, we veered off … hard. When did it become the norm to drink overly caffeinated corn syrup instead of water? For the folks at Mizu, the answer to that is never. The Mizu M8 Water Bottle's sole mission in life is to keep you hydrated while you do what you love—and to facilitate that, it uses a toxin-free, food-grade stainless steel shell, spill-free design, and smooth-flowing angled neck. Since it's only single wall in construction, it's probably best that you stick to cold or room temperature beverages, seeing your coffee or tea won't stay warm for long.

    • Keeps you hydrated during everyday adventures
    • 800ml beverage capacity (approximately 27 oz)
    • Stainless steel is light, tough, and easy to clean
    • Single wall construction is best for cold beverages
    • Loop cap secures to carabiners and packs
    • Sport cap available separately
    • Item #MZU000Q

    Everyday Waterbottle

wonderful water bottle with a easy to use lid, never leaks or has trouble tightening the seal around the top. Bring this with me to Yoga and use this as my daily bottle so I drink more water throughout the day :)

    Warning NOT a hydro flask

    Familiarity:I've used it several times

I ordered this thinking it was insulated like a hydro flask. Its not. but other than that its a nice bottle. I still use it a lot.

    Mizu so dissappointed

Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I thought this was a cheap version of the hydroflask I lost awhile back. Either I didn't read or I assumed it was double wall insulation. This is single wall. Which means it doesn't keep cold/hot long and it sweats unlike the double wall. But hey, it glows in the dark (mine does anyway) I've used it once since I bought it and now it just glows by my lamp every time I go to sleep. Didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping it back to get my $10 so now I'll have to find a use for it. I'll probably put it outside so my dog can see it at night and be comfortable knowing that his owner makes impulse purchases when he's drunk.

    Great Simple Bottle

Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I picked up a bunch of these bottles to tote around on river trips in lieu of glass liquor bottles. I've been very pleased so far. I also really enjoy the soft touch aspect... feels good on the hands and they are quiet as a field mouse. Note that these are single wall containers so they don't really keep things too hot or too cold. The booze is going to be whatever the air temp is.

    It sure is

Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

Great bottle. Aesthetically speaking, I've never been a huge fan of the cap threads visible on the outside but that's mostly just a cosmetic thing. Other than that, it's perfect. The downside to this bottle is that it is single-walled, which means you cannot use hot drinks in it (I mean, you could, it's a free country after all, but it would not be generally advised). The flip side of this, however, is that the bottle is quite a bit lighter than the average double-wall insulated bottle and will also hold more without taking up as much space. I really like the soft touch bottles because they don't scratch nearly as easy and they don't get slippery.

    Thirsty?

For a reasonable price, bottle seems to be good quality. Spout flairs out a bit making drinking our pouring an easy task. FYI bottle is single wall steel and the tag has a disclaimer not to put hot liquid into it. Lifetime warranty is a nice bonus.

    The Perfect Bottle

Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

I've gone back and forth between plastic water bottles and stainless steel water bottles, but my Mizu bottle has me sold on stainless steel. I drop bottles... a lot... and usually the steel ones get dented and then don't stand up straight on my desk. This bottle is pretty burly, I've dropped it, thrown it, hiked with it, and used it almost everyday (besides when it's being washed) and it's held up great. It doesn't taste like steel because it's used with the best food-grade stainless on the market. And the colors are slick. A functional and fashionable bottle.

    Nice

I love the matte finish on the grey one that I got. Good for ice cubes as well with a decent lid opening. The lid is grooved a bit and that makes perfect for a clip to hang on to this bad boy when free falling from a plane. Overall 5/5 would recommend

What are the dimensions? I'm comparing this with the Klean Kanteen and looking for the tallest/skinniest bottle.
