No Flats at Unbound

Brand new with extra sealant and 0 flats at Unbound on 40’s. Good grip in the mud sections as well. Did not use any inserts.

A fine tire

Good grip, rolls fast, mounts easily, no air loss as a tubeless tire and no flats.

Michelin's perfect blend of grip and low rolling resistance

Got these tires for my Fuji hybrid bicycle. like the low rolling resistance to near minimal. Grips great on gravel. Overall a great handling tire that I would recommend.

Best balance of attributes

Tried most of the top tier gravel tires, settled on these. As a racer, puncture resistance is at the top of my list second is low rolling resistance. Other tires do this well but give up shock absorption of grip. The Power Gravels have great shock absorption and grip. The tradeoff is faster wear than some other gravel tires. For me, that's acceptable. I don't care how long a tire lasts if I'm constantly getting flats and crashing because of low grip. Raced BWR, Unbound and Crusher in the Tushar as well as weekly training rides on mine. Mostly hardpack or loose over hardpack. My theory as to why they ride and grip sop well is that the puncture belt is stretchy. That allows some suppleness. I've ridden other tires with good puncture resistance that rode like rocks unless you ran them with almost no air in them. My 40C Michelins are still supple at 32-34psi.

A good tyre but Impossible to fit

As has been said here this is a decent tyre but frankly useless because it is near impossible to mount it even in the workshop with many tools .... on the road if a tube was needed, well, just ring the taxi and give up would be my advice. Shame but if you still want some, I have 2 brand new 35-622 available

Bulletproof Tire

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer
Size Bought:
700x40

I had the 700x40 set-up tubeless on my Surly Cross Check and used them for everyday commuting, gravel riding, and bikepacking. I abused them on sharp rocks, singletrack, and rough road and they have held up great. These are definitely not a supple gravel tire, but good for people who want to prioritize durability. They are a pain to get the bead set and unset, maybe a little more so than other tires. The tight fit gave me a little more confidence in the tubeless set-up though and I never had any issues once they were on. Tread is good for a little bit of everything. I wouldn't say it really excels on any specific terrain, but holds it's own alright.

Near impossible to fit, but once on thankfully good puncture resistance

These were the most difficult difficult tyres to fit I have ever had. Mavic UST rims. It took nearly an hour and bent 4 parkside levers getting the last bit of tyre over the rim. Even getting one side on before inserting the tube required 3 tyre levers next to each other. Imagine trying to fit a car tyre by hand and you'll be close to the experience. There is literally no stretch in the bead, and they feel like they must be 10mm under sized to the rim. Such a shame because once they were on they proved to be fast and resilient to punctures but I cant go too remote incase I do get a puncture and am stranded unable to change the tube.
