    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

At first I liked the feel of these draws, light and long. They clip well and the carabiners handle well. My issue lays with the slings on these draws. The material has become so loose and flimsy after about 2.5 months of heavy to moderate use that a number of them have a permanent 1/4-1/2 twist, hanging on the bolt or my harness. It can be so bad that it has played tricks with my eyes while leading and I end up "messing" with a basic clip because it looks like I have back clipped or that draw has twisted. It is most notable on roofs and over hangs. And clearly it would suck if they were to put the gate into the rock on contact clips, which I have to be very weary off now. I think it would be best to stick to the 5 inch on these if you want them, they will likely not have the same issue the 7 inch has had for me.
