Nice Nut Tool
Very helpful for getting nuts out of cracks which invariably takes me forever to do. Lightweight and durable, my friends got on my case for stealing theirs too many times so finally broke down and purchased my own.

Great light nut tool
I'm on my third one. It's much lighter than many competing products, and it still opens beers.

This is a great little nut tool, I really like the clipping feature, it is so lightweight you should wear one even when leading so if you come across some booty, that baby will be yours!

Perfect lead tool
This is what you want for leading, super light and will get the job done. Go with the more burly one if you plan on cleaning a lot though

Gets the job done.
Love this little guy. It gets the job done! Easy to use and very lightweight. That being said One thing that I am happy that I did have was a piece of paracord attached to it and had that attached to my harness since on several occasions I have dropped it. But overall a great tool that has been through quite a bit!

light weight, does the job
I've never used any other nut tool, so I have no basis for comparison. Had this tool for 3 seasons. It has successfully freed every stuck pro in a variety of rock. Maybe the build of this nut tool has influenced how I clean pro... I don't 'hammer' or 'wrench' on my nut tool to get my pro out. I use it with more dexterity to free stuck pro. I worried that it might bend or break, but I haven't had this happen. It is incredibly light, I bring it on alpine climbs as well and the built in gate makes for easy racking. The tip is rounding out from wear, but it has been 3 seasons. I see another 3-5 seasons before I will replace it with exactly the same nut tool. I've used it to open beer bottles, but most tools can do that I guess? EDIT: I am wrong about other tools opening beer bottles. None of my friend's other nut tools can do it - they don't have the little hook at the end! +1 for metolius feather nut tool.

What nut tool?
This thing is so light you for get you have it sometimes, the other review is right, its not for beating out super stuck nuts and hexes but, if you are on climbs that only have a few nut placements here or there and you are not aiding on them this thing is about all you need. The built in clip is money. Makes this sit nicely on the back of your harness and its easy to get on and off. Another thing I like it for is carrying it as the leader, mostly for aid climbing. Sometimes there are good nut placements that are tricky or too deep in the crack to push the nut in there with just the cables, since this thing is so light and small its perfect.

At 21 grams this thing half the weight of most carabiners though it is not as burly as some heavier tools. If your climbing partner likes to set stoppers deep you might find yourself wishing this tool was a few inches longer and a bit sturdier. I have made this my backup since taking it along doesn't add much weight. I use a heavier steel nut tool as my workhorse. If I find myself planning a trip were shaving every ounce is an issue than I will be happy to have this in my arsenal.

This nut tool is super light and works great. The curved handle makes it easy to use when trying to pry gear out of the wall and the attached carabiner means you don't need more equipment just to take it with you. Out of all the nut tools I've used this is by far my favorite. Not much else to say about it
