The Endofit tongue borrows design cues from athletic footwear giant Salomon for a new take on cycling shoe construction. Endofit is a sleeve that wraps the midfoot to anchor the shoe securely in the middle while allowing play in the toe box and metatarsal area. The shoe stays in place while mashing up punchy climbs without crushing the more hotspot-prone areas of the foot.

Everything is held in place with Mavic's Ergo Straps, which combine the time-tested hold of hook-and-loop straps with aramid cables, and a ratcheting Ergo Dial.
