- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
My mom wore Mauis throughout my childhood and I always sort of associated them with being uncool (love you, Mom!). I was SO wrong. I ordered 9 glasses at once because shopping for them online sucks... but I've never loved sunglasses more than these. I need small frames to not look like a bug and these are perfect in Burgundy; so light, stay on my head, crazy good clarity, get compliments everywhere I go. All my friends have tried these on and I've never seen them look bad on anyone. One and only tiny complaint is that the nose pads are wire-based and can get stuck in my hair... but that's not enough for me to dock a star. DO IT.
