Perpetual best-seller for good reason.

Year after year, the Marmot Women's Trestles 30 Sleeping Bag takes the honors as one of Marmot's best-selling bags thanks to its roomy shape, three-season versatility, and luxurious comfort. Its affordable price point sure doesn't hurt either, leaving ample cash leftover for taking weekend trips to the nearby coast. SpiraFil LT insulation traps thermal warmth on crisp, clear evenings when the temperature drops to the freezing mark. This synthetic fill maintains lofting power while standing up to the rigors of backpacking and car camping alike.

Although it's rated to 30F, the Women's Trestle 30 is actually a bit warmer than the men's-specific version. Marmot does this because female campers usually sleep colder than their male counterparts, so a bit of extra insulation helps to offset this difference in sleeping comfort. On those especially chilly evenings, the adjustable collar and hood prevent precious body heat from escaping. Another innovative feature, the second fold-down zipper increases ventilation when you're overly warm on summer nights.

Great bag

I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

We purchased this bag for my 5 year old son actually, since women's bags tend to be a bit warmer in the feet/hips which kids probably get coldest there as well! It is an awesome bag, and his favorite color so he was immediately stoked and ready to camp. He even uses it just watching a movie on the couch. It keeps him really warm in this spring weather camping which is perfect for his needs! I am pretty surprised at how light it feels for being synthetic as well, and packs down pretty well with a compression sack.

Warm and Comfy

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This bag is warm enough for a September night in the Uintas. It's doesn't compact well, so not backpacking material.

Awesome Sleeping Bag

I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I purchased this item as a gift and the recipient loves it. She found that the bag was very comfortable to sleep in, light to carry, and packed relatively small for an overnight camping trip. The temperatures were predicted to drop as low as 30 at night and she found this was still very comfortable to sleep in. This is great bag for the price!

Solid Choice

I've used it several times

Just got back from a backpacking trip on the West Rim Trail in Zion NP. I wanted something a little less intense then my current bag for the hot weather (marmot ouray). Temps were probably only in the 40s at night, the bag kept me warm. The cut is a little on the wide side and pretty long as well. I am 5'6" and went with the regular. This could easily accommodate somebody who is a couple of inches taller. The zipper on one side does go all the way down. Weight is the same as my zero degree down bag and it packs down about the same size. But honestly, can't complain for the price of this bag!

Awesome Sleeping Bag!

I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I purchased this as a gift for someone and here is the feedback I have: "I purchased this bag for an upcoming camping trip. When I first opened up the box, I noticed how nice the synthetic material felt against my skin. The color of the bag is a plus too. I am about 5ft 3in and the regular size bag fit perfectly. I would recommend for anyone around 5ft 6in and above to go for the long size of this bag as I prefer a little bit of room at the bottom of my bag when I am camping. The stuff sack that came with this bag doubles as a compression sack too as it has the compression straps on it that allows the bag to compact down into a smaller size, which would be perfect for a multi-day hiking trip. Great Sleeping Bag

I purchased this sleeping bag for a camping trip in the Unitas and was very happy I did! This sleeping bag kept me warm during a few cold nights. It's also really spacious and comfortable.
