Comfortable, warm ski jacket for my 8-year-old
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Marmot Kids' Tasman jacket or my 8-year-old has been an absolute game-changer. This well-made jacket offers comfort and durability. Worth nothing is the jacket's soft and flexible materials, which allow for unrestricted movement on the slopes. Unlike typical stiff winter coats, it feels comfortable and doesn't hinder mobility. Additionally, its generous sizing has allowed us to get two full seasons out of it, with the possibility of one more. Moreover, the durability of this jacket is outstanding. Despite enduring two busy seasons of skiing, it has shown zero wear and tear. We loved it so much that we bought one for my daughter as well and the matching ski pants. Kids have also never complained about being too cold on the slopes with their Marmot gear!

Great coat for the snow
This coat is warm but not bulky. It also keeps my son dry when he’s playing in the snow. I really love it, and my son, (who always complains about having to put on a coat) seems to like it too.

Great Jacket but runs very small
My son wears a small in most every other brand. This runs quite a bit small, more like an XS or even XXS. I'll be exchanging for a bigger size.

Sizing is off
It runs big, but if you can get the right size it’s a great coat. Not good for kids who are in between sizes.

Fix the hood!
The coat is warm and comfortable- but it has a fundamental flaw for skiing. The hood is way too small to go over any standard helmet. Needs to be fixed in the next version.
