Arrived covered in fur

Familiarity:: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I'm sure Marmot did a good enough job making this product, but this thing arrived covered in dog/cat/racoon hair, idk I'm no zoologist, but that's gross. Even more gross, because this thing goes around your face. QA at Backcountry should catch this stuff before reshipping returned items. If I was Marmot, I'd make sure my vendors did a better job of ensuring the quality of "new" products. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it, but I know this has happened to others. I guess it could be Marmot hair...womp womp womp
