Mescalito Fleece Jacket

Offering excellent stand-alone use on cool shoulder-season hikes and climbs, the Marmot Mescalito Fleece Jacket is versatile enough to stay in your wardrobe year round to join you on cold ski days and summer nights around the fire. Utilizing stretchy panels on the arms, lower-torso, and back, this jacket provides free-moving performance when you're pushing forward on the trail or reaching for the next hold. Lightweight fleece keeps you warm on cool morning starts, and isn't so heavy that you'll have to rip it off as soon as you warm up a bit. If you do end up working up a sweat, the full-zip design allows for quick ventilation and makes it easy to adjust your layers underneath. Meanwhile Marmot's special Angel-Wing Movement ensures easy arm movement that won't ride up during overhead reaches, preventing any chilly breezes from sneaking in as you climb.

Super Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super warm for how thin it is and a very comfortable layer to wear on its own or under another jacket. Very pleased with the styling too. The fit is great too. Great for hiking, running and golfing in so far

Sizing

Sizing is off, I ordered a large fits more like a medium. I am 6”2 and 215lbs I would go with a XL.

very Comfortable

Very comfortable and perfect for mild weather. Not thin by any means, but just enough to keep you warm.

Runs Small

In the past have normally worn everything in medium from Marmot but the last three or four items have been all over the board with consistent sizing. I’m 5’9 165 and always check to see if item is classic fit or slim fit.

Average at best

I am usually a big fan of Marmot products, but the quality of this piece is a little lacking for the price point. Material is lighter than expected. Logo is an iron on and is already starting to come off after just a few wash cycles
