I bought this jacket thinking it would be a fall/spring jacket to wear around town but I took it running and I will never look back! It is absolutely perfect for running temps below 40 degrees. Between 32-40 degrees I wear a short sleeve underneath and I'm super warm. Today I went running in 25 degrees with a 10-15 mph wind. I wore a long sleeve polyester shirt underneath and a thin hat. I put on the hood, hooked up the iPhone and went for a run. The jacket keeps out the wind, the hood is the perfect size (and I'm not one for wearing hoods usually), it is completely breathable and once my run was done and the sun was down I was able to stand in the 23 degree weather and stretch before getting in the car. I have never found a jacket that is so versatile and kept me warm. A+ Marmot.
