Why We Like The Baselayer Long-Sleeve Crew Top

The Baselayer Long-Sleeve Crew Top is the ideal first layer of defense for typical ski conditions. We really dig the lightweight synthetic fabric which has a barely-there feeling that’s almost like a second skin, perfect for chasing powder at the resort. The UPF 50 sun protection also makes this the perfect layer for enjoying late-season corn long after others have hung up their gear for the year.

Best Baselayer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Baselayer. Keeps you warm and goes with a sweatshirt/jacket or by it’s self. Worth the money!!!

Mens Base Layer Long Sleeve Crew

This is a great base layer. Breathes well and keeps you warm. I’ve worn it from +35 down to -15 degrees, with varying outer layers, during intense exercise, and it handles it all. It’s taken me years to finally find a replacement for the base layer I’ve been using of a different brand. This is it. I will order many more of these since my old base layers are on their way out.

Great Active Baselayer

This is a great baselayer for active cold weather activities. I used it as my go to layer for backcountry skiing. It was warm enough to be my only layer on the uphill, but not to warm to have me sweating. It was super comfy and durable. I liked it so much that I got another one midway into the season.

Fit

Nice base layer. Easy to move with it on. Lightweight. Flexible. Sleeves run a little long.

Must have! This, a flannel, and ROM for the win!

Amazing feel and warmth. Thumb holes with long enough sleeves to not feel constricted. Had to buy the base layer bottoms to match!

Backpacking in the White Mountains...

I recently used the base layer long sleeve crew shirt on a 3 day backpacking trip. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so great. Lots of rain, wind and cold temperatures. This base layer shirt worked as advertised, it kept me warm even when a bit damp during tough weather while hiking. I was surprised at well the shirt performed despite the fact that its fairly light weight. I'm 6'3" and 230lbs. I wore an XL and it fit great.
