excellent jacket

This jacket is super light, has a good amount of filling, and is somewhat rain resistant. The artificial filling was something I was skeptical about since I've used down jackets in the past, but this jacket won me over. Marmot makes durable stuff and this jacket is no exception. For such a light jacket it has good structure and is super warm. It blocks more wind than my down jacket and seems a little more durable.

This jacket was great for everything! I wore it to work in the brisk fall weather here in Utah and then down to Moab for some warmth. It was great to bring to work and wear out but also rugged and breathable enough for outdoor activities.
