Built specifically for climbers who desire safety, but without the cumbersome shark-fin look, this innovative helmet is crafted with an ultra-lightweight hybrid construction that utilizes an EPP mold and plastic hard shell combination that provides paramount impact-protection. Not to mention, the Wall Rider is equipped with a minimalist adjustment system and a number of ventilation openings that are bound to keep you cool, even when you feel like you're going to lose your cool while a headlamp specific elastic keeps your light secured safely to the helmet.

Great helmet
This is a super lightweight helmet that still manages to be comfortable. I have owned several helmets over the years but I think this one is my favorite. My wife has one too and she also loves it. I would highly recommend this helmet to anyone counting grams for fast and light missions. This helmet is also easy to use, making it great for beginners and experts alike. And the ventilation holes help keep you cool when the sun is beating down. You should just go ahead and buy it!

The most comfortable fit
I haven't worn a more comfortable helmet. From summer sport cragging to ice climbing and mountaineering, this helmet does it all. I forget I'm wearing it, that's how comfortable it is! It fits my head perfectly, and it just happens to be my favorite color combo :)

Fits my tiny head
Super lightweight and fits my small head perfectly (mammut helmets are the only ones that fit me well). Sits in place and doesn't push forward. Comfortable with a hat underneath and glasses.

Comfort was a huge factor for me in choosing a helmet. The Wall Rider fits the shape of my head and the adjustment is easy and intuitive. The helmet is lightweight and has a good amount of ventilation. This is a noticeable upgrade from helmets with a hard outer plastic shell.

This is the first climbing helmet that I've had that actually fits well and doesn't get in the way. In the past other helmets have been so obstructive that I would end up just not wearing them. I bring the wall rider everywhere and enjoy wearing it.

The Mammut Wall Rider Climbing Helmet is a great choice for climbers and mountaineers looking for a lightweight, comfortable and protective helmet. I particularly appreciated its versatility during a ski mountaineering trip in the Alps. It was comfortable to wear over a hat and provided excellent protection during some tricky sections of the climb.
