Great jacket. Have worn it mountaineering and it stops all wind while breathing perfectly. 10/10.

Great jacket, great fit!

The quality of materials is top notch and the attention to detail on the build is great. Very well made jacket. Absolutely rock solid in the rainy/heavy wet snow of the inland northwest. The pocket placement took a little getting used to but if you’re standing around with your hands in your pockets, this is probably not the best jacket for you. The material is louder than expected but after a very wet winter and no leaks, I’m fine with a little crunchy.

Great shell

Coat is very breathable and light. However, I wish it had a little more pockets and was quieter. It is very crinkly when moving, and did not seem to break in much over the course of the ski season. Overall still a great coat but could use a couple improvements!

Burly, breathable, and well designed hardshell

This jacket has so far lived up to the hype. I've been able to take it hiking in New Zealand and around the PnW and its held up well to the rain, wind, and a little bushwacking. It feels very well constructed, and while I would've loved front pockets, the storage and design are well thought out. The pit zips are well designed and easy to use (maybe the easiest out of any i've tried), and offer good ventilation while moving. This jacked is overkill for daily city use, but if you're going up into the mountains or live in a rainy place its well worth the money. 5'11 185lbs in a Large fits very well with a few light layers underneath

Solid Jacket

Very breathable and comfortable. Fit is good and arm length is perfect. Great for backcountry tours and in-bounds storm days.

Great shell

Amazing shell. Great for skiing both resort and backcountry. Wish there was lower pockets or an arm pocket for a ski pass but otherwise an amazing jacket.

Good quality, tailored fit

This jacket is great, love the color, great performance. It is a tailored fit in the torso, so take that into consideration for sizing. That said, I was still able to wear a heavier mid layer underneath if needed without sizing up. I've worn this in some pretty wet snow and warmer weather, as well as cold/ windy days and still stayed dry and at a comfortable temp

Durability Issues

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This jacket touts itself as being used for "backcountry skiing, ski mountaineering, freeride/powder skiing" On its 3rd trip to the resort, the jacket was placed on a chair in the lodge, and the sleeve got caught in the chairs seat. And ripped. I can't imagine that this is in anyway durable enough for "ski mountaineering", and i'm going to guess that rubbing on any type of rock will shred this thing. It's basically an overpriced resort jacket, that cannot handle any real type of exposure. If your looking for a resort jacket, you can find more affordable and durable options. And if you want a real "ski mountaineering" jacket, I would suggest staring clear of this jacket.

Bien fait et resistant

Il est facile de voir que de la recherche à été fait pour créer ce manteau. Je l'utilise principalement pour le touring/randonné et il répond à mes besoins.
