Truly a multi-talented pack, the Mammut Women's Lithia Speed 15 Backpack is the smallest pack in the Lithium family, and is perfect for everything from trail running and hiking to multi-pitch climbing. As tough as it is lightweight, the 70D nylon 3line ripstop fabric provides a resilient design that withstands abrasive surfaces, while also keeping the bulk of your pack to a minimum. Then, the well-ventilated and cushioned Contact Vent back system uses 3D EVA foam to help carry the load with breathable comfort, just as the shoulder padding does as well.
Its shorter back length and shoulder straps are specifically designed for the female figure, but are easily adjustable to meet your specifications. With plenty of room for your ropes, shoes, layers, gloves, and lunch, the main compartments easily stores all of your daily gear, while its hydration-compatible design prevents you from going thirsty on the trail. And when the adventure turns from a trail into a light boulder scramble, attach your trekking pole to the carrier for freed up hands.

Not Without It's Flaws
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- One Size
- Height:
- 5' 5"
- Weight:
- 140
I chose this pack because I was looking for a very lightweight daypack that still had a real hip belt after recovering from a knee injury. This fit the bill and is a great weight while still fitting my extra layers, small essentials, water and a snack. I love the deep purple color as well! I've seen some reviews where users thought the torso length of it was too short, but it works well for my size. My big complaint with it is how the side pockets are angled downwards towards the front of the pack. It makes it extremely difficult, almost impossible, to access items in those pocket while wearing it. It's even harder to put things into them, just a really odd angle to reach back to. However, I like the rest of the pack so much that I plan on doing some surgery on it so the pocket is straight across and no longer at an angle. I hope that with this change, I'll have this pack for many more miles with happier knees and hips!
