Very warm, functional glove
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Size Bought:
- 6
This is my go to glove for belaying while ice climbing. These gloves are very well insulated and keep my hands warm while standing around, skiing or belaying. I like the "split mitt" design and I find it easier to grip the rope versus a full mitten. The leather palm means I am not worried about running the rope through the glove while lowering someone off a climb. I have size XS women's hands and I wear a size 6 in these. there is room for an thin liner if you wanted as well.

Great insulation, dexterity, flexibility, and easy on/off for ski/snowboarding.

Best I've found
I have a terrible problem with cold hands. These have done the best so far. While not a cycling glove I use them for riding in sub freezing temps. Dexterity is still decent given the insulation. I do notice my index finger and thumb still get cold, but again there's a trade off for dexterity.
