Nice rain jacket
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
My last rain jacket was delaminating on the inside and needed to be replaced. I was able to find a large elsewhere, but not at as good of a sale price. I like the slimmer / athletic fit than some jacket that fits like a looser garbage bag fit. The softness of the material, along with the stretchy feel is nice. I like the position of the two hand pockets and the smaller volume they have, they work well with wearing a backpack and waist belt. I like how small the thing packs down, it is a great rain jacket for hiking and for travel, also that the material isn't crinkly in nature. What I think is weird.. The zipper is on the left, where majority of jackets have the zipper on the right. It just makes the jacket awkward when going to zip it up, or unzip it to take it off. I also wish there would have been a chest pocket for a phone. For the sale price.. I think it is a very nice jacket. I was kinda excited to see how the Mammut Connect App would work with the little censor on the left sleeve, but Mammut has discontinued the App.
