Worked Great

Loved this lantern until it one day stopped holding air. I searched as best I could for a hole, but was unable to find one. Reading other reviews, this doesn't seem like a common issue, so it was probably punctured during storage.

The Best

Whether you are backpacking or doing a Moonlight float down the river these lights are essential for anyone who wants a lightweight lantern. I have used them down class V rivers on the side of the raft during a full moon float and for illuminating camp when we roll in after dark. They are waterproof, charge by the sun and bright. What more can you ask for?

The best!

Luci lights are awesome! They’re great for any outdoor activity, from camping to kayaking to climbing trips. Lightweight, bright and solar-powered! This one is great for lighting up a smaller, focused area; the Luci Lux is frosted and is great for spreading light over a larger area. If you don’t already have a Luci, don’t just buy one, buy two or three!

awesome

Easy to use and versatile. Favorite use so far is paddle boarding at night in Lake Powell. They are even fun at home in the yard.

Great background lighting for camp

I have used this light a few times now and recommend it for a easy, no thrill, light to have in camp for those long summer nights. It seems to re-charge quickly and I like the fact it has three light settings. I'm not sure how well it would do in a heavy wind, it might go flying if not tied down. It is great to have a renewable light source. NO BATTERIES needed, YEAH!

Greatest

These Lanters are wonderful. They totally set the mood and provide so much light. The only challenging thing about this is the battery takes a long time to charge since the panel is so small. However, its not that big issue. Its super cute and useful for so many things. Its easy to inflate and deflate, however it was left in the sun for 8 hours while charging and it warped the plastic base of the lantern. Though this may be a matter of global warming as opposed to the gear.
