Cristal II Cycling Shoe
While some may covet new bike shoe day, there are those of us who look at it with dread, as we panic over fit, stiffness and affordability. To ease the sting, Louis Garneau crafts the Cristal II Women’s Shoe with a pretty solid blend of the three, so you can focus on miles of fresh pavement, instead of pinches and aches of breaking in a new pair of shoes. This is achieved through X-Comfort Zone and Power Zone technologies in the uppers, that combine a gently-stretching fabric in the forefoot, with support in the mid zones, so you have the give you need when your feet inevitably flex and swell on steep climbs, and stiff support that keeps your power going to the pedals. A single double-adjustment ratchet helps you secure the perfect fit, and combines with two hook-and-loop straps for security when you need to lay the hammer down.

Great road bike shoes
- I've put it through the wringer
- True to size
- Size Bought
- 5` 4"
- 170 lbs
I bought these shoes about two months ago and have put about 350 miles on them. I average riding about 20-50 miles each ride. I have been wearing a pair of Sidi Genius carbon road shoes for the past year and a half, but they are black and I notice my feet are very hot during my summer rides here in Texas! I wanted to buy an extra pair of shoes that were white for my summer riding. I have had Louis Garneau shoes in the past. I am so glad I went with the Louis Garneau Cristal II road bike shoes. They have kept my feet a lot cooler these hot days (even on some evening rides being 100+ degrees still!) They are a good, solid shoe for a great price! I am about a size 10-10.5 shoe size so I bought the size 42 and they fit me great with no problems!

Can these shoes be made to be fit for indoor spin bikes? This is why I purchased them. Thank you.
