I returned this product before using it

This is my second review, the first one was deleted?? Item that was sent to me was actually a wader repair kit. not a fly tying UV kit. The packaging was horrible, no padding in the box and items were loose. The light did not work. I received a refund authorization and mailed the item back on my own dime. A few days later I was contacted by Backcountry regarding this issue. They said that they would correct the web photo problem and wanted to know if they could do anything to make my experience better. They offered to send me a free shipping label but when I told them that it had been already mailed, the response was, we have no way of refunding your shipping costs, however if I ordered something else, they would work with me for free/expedited shipping. I asked that they send me the actual product and did not get a affirmative response. It seems to me that this company would have taken the necessary steps to keep my business, offering free shipping on future items did not cut it for me. Poor customer service, don't waste your time ordering from backcountry.com.
