Pointy sticks with mad grip.

When you take your sword-fighting style to the park, bring a set of sticks that'll measure up. The Line Pin Ski Poles have a super sticky BMX grip that you'll want when you're gettin' corked, and with their Grab Tab grips, your hand won't slide off when you slap them on a rail. Screwoff! baskets let you switch your small park baskets out with something with more float when things get deeper, and the 6061 aluminum won't snap when your sick gap-to-rail turns into a not-so-sick gap-to-faceplant.

Grippy

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Love these poles. The grip sticks to gloves like glue, and I like the simple shape. Really sturdy poles and look sleek and minimal on the mountain.

Bad Ass Poles

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I got these poles for my son. He loves Line products and these are no exception. He is an all mountain skier and has put these things through the ringer so far this season. He really digs the grips and weight factor. Chances are I will steal these from him after he out grows them at the end of the season.

Other Ski Poles? No Way.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have had the 2012 model of the Line Pin ski poles, and they haven't seemed to change at all. They're still a great pole for skiing in the park or anywhere else on the mountain. They're really sturdy so they're really handy for park skiing, but that's not to say they're handy for skiing in general, which they are. The grips are quite good too, and when I say that they can stick, they really can stick. The wrist straps are also quite convenient, because they stop you from losing the poles, so you don't have to buy them again. That's alright though, because these ski sticks are worth buying every time.

Great park ski

Perfect park ski. The grips are great, the sizing is perfect for a park skier. If you arent looking for a park pole then I would look elsewhere.

Pointy Sticks With Grips

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Once i pulled these babies out of the bag I knew I would like them.

1. Great price for a simple, light, ski pole that you can swap baskets on.

2. BMX grip is great for medium sized hands and it does not have forced finger placement so its easy to go for a grab and then come back to the grip easily.

3. Grab tabs help you eat tacos with your ski poles.

Update: These poles are my new go to for daily shredding because of the lightness, grip on the snow, and the grab tabs are seriously underrated.

Great basic pole

These poles have great grips and nice baskets that can be unscrewed and replaced with power baskets. It is an aluminum pole so it will not be the most durable - as I found out when I fell on them. It does not splinter like Carbon but it is also not as light. If you are looking for a 'standard', run of the mill pole, this is the ticket.
