Vya baby!

There are lots of lights to choose from and I'm sure they all have their good points. At some point, you have to choose and I chose Vya. I have several of these on different bikes, but headlights and taillights and I've been pretty durn yappy with them. They're reliable, easy to use and charge, and they put enough light out to be seen. I don't need to burn the retina of oncoming cars...

Nothing I hated about others

Bright even from the side. Distinctive gradual brightness up and down then, "POW", 3 full brightness strobe pulses. It's so bright my riding buddies hate it. If a driver misses this they're reading the paper. Simple, clean and very good at doing it's job. Charges quickly. Might have a capacitor vs battery. I'm getting 3, 2 hour rides per charge. Plugs directly into USB outlet (or block) so no charger provided as not needed. 2 years of no problems. Be careful twisting it into the mount as the lights stem that inserts into the mount is a bit frail. Had it happen, my fault, bought another. Huge value at this price.
