Let the light shine on.
Dominate the trail well past dusk with the Light & Motion Seca 2500 Enduro light. With 2,500 lumens on high, this bike light emits nearly double the light of a most car headlights, helping you to spot not only what rock gardens lie ahead on the trail, but also temporarily stun your buddy who is trying to make a night ride happen with a 100 lumen blinky light. The light path on the Seca has been engineered in a way to enhance depth perception with forward focused upper LED's that penetrate the darkness, and bottom LEDs that are reflected and diffused downward to cover a larger field of vision. Waterproof down to 1 meter, you can trust the Seca Enduro to handle your ride anywhere short of the bottom of a lake, and advanced electronics regulate output to keep the lumens steady through your whole ride. The Enduro model of the Seca comes with their burly 6 cell battery, which offers a generous 2.5 hours of riding on high, or 5 hours in medium. The rechargeable battery pack straps nicely to your frame for the ride, and comes along with a mini L 1.5 charger for getting the batteries juiced up and ready to go. Mount the light to your helmet with an included GoPro mount, or strap it to your handlebars securely with the flexible bar mount that works well with 31.8mm, 35mm, and aero bars, so you'll have the ideal fit for your rig, no matter your setup.

- Q & A
Poor battery and warranty
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Light head is lightweight and plenty bright. Two identical lights purchased together, stored, charged, and used nearly identically. One Li Ion battery has 40% of the run time after six uses. Light & Motion dragged out an email exchange and asked us to test at home. Results produced the same as on trail. Representative told me I must have used two different light settings or that that my "good" battery was overheating causing an automatic rolling back of the setting for more run time. This is absurd without firsthand knowledge and clearly they were fishing for excuses. Too much money paid for a failed premium product that L&M won't stand behind. Consider the competition.
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I've had various light and motion lights going back many years. Decided to update a dated seca 1700 (that is still performing well) and try out the enduro 2500. I'm not disappointed. The bigger battery lets me run full power on extended night rides (you can never have too much light illuminating the trail). I run this on the handlebars and tried the imjin on the helmet. Got to say I like the Exposure Diablo (I have the Mk 6) for the helmet over the imjin--no wires to deal with up there and the tap function is great when stopping at trailheads to not blind your buddies fumbling for a switch. This is supposed to be substantially brighter (lumen) than my old seca 1700. Brighter yes--greatly? Of note--the older generation Secas use 6 of a prior generation LED bulb. This Seca 2500 uses 4 of the latest gen bulbs--probably making it more efficient and when combined with the monster battery, providing hours of trail blazing brightness. Night rides after work in the off season or ride Moab in the summer when the sun and the temps go down. You'll forget about the price when old trails become new challenges at night.
Not as bright
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
Light is not as bright as I anticipated and was disappointed! I had the light mounted on my handlebars and used it on a couple rides in the neighborhood and on some local trails - I was not impressed with light output even on high and returned the product.
