Pressure Drive CFH
You’re roadside, tire’s flat, and it’s the second one of the day. You burned your spare tube and CO2 on the first flat, and you’re down to your patch kit and inflator. Time to make the call of shame. Unless you happened to stuff the Lezyne Pressure Drive CFH in your jersey, that it. The Pressure Drive CFH functions as both a CO2 inflator, and a pump, so you won’t find yourself unable to put air in your tires.
To use, just thread a CO2 cartridge directly onto the removable hose, and inflate. Once you’ve used up your CO2, thread the hose onto the pump, and you’ll be able to manually pump your tire up to 120psi.

Great
I have one of these on each of my bikes. The Co2 is nice for reseating tubeless tires and saving time pumping! I love things that have multiple uses.

Looks and works great
Pumps fantastically, and built great. C02 connector isn't the best out there, but since it's built in and less to carry I cant complain.

pops and pumps

This thing is great. It fits nicely on the bike under the water cage and has everything you need to put air in a tire. It doesn't move a-lot of volume so pumping up fat bike tires or 2.5s takes a bit but with the c02 it gets you half way there real quick.

You get what you pay for!

This is the most expensive pump I saw out there, but it is very compact in my jersey and inflates superbly. The CO2 option is very minimal as well. I ride solo a lot and this give me peace of mind that I do not have to worry about a double flat.

Great pump

with this pump you get double the use! You get the normal hand held pump, and you also get a CO2 pump at the same time.. So if you are in a hurry to get you tire pumped up, Lock on your hose to the tire and then screw on you CO2 and in seconds your tire is back up to around 100 psi. I would highly recommend this pump to anyone looking for a new pump.

Seems a bit expensive at $65 for a hand pump right? Well this will be the last one you ever buy, and you just can't beat it for it's versatility and function. Lezyne simply makes the best pumps. They seem to last forever, work every time and the flex hose is super easy to use and actually threads on for a secure seal. Other hand pumps are pretty bothersome to use as you have to held them in a certain position and the pumping action is cumbersome. Lezyne allows some flexibility here, with a reliable seal to the valve and flexibility to find a comfortable pumping position. With this pump, you also of course of the C02 option for super quick fixes, but if for whatever reason that fails you you can always go back to pumping by hand. It's the best of both worlds really, no need to choose between a hand pump or C02....why not both?!

Great for a few reasons

Newsflash, there are cheaper options for pumps (or any accessory) than Lezyne. I know, shocking right? There's a reason though. The others aren't built like this. I bought the Drive CFH ~3 years ago. It has been on that bike ever since. Having the CO2 cartridge securely attached to the mount point (also check out the optional combo water bottle cage and pump mount) with the pump frees up space in either your jersey pocket, or saddle bag. Also, the CO2 hose and then a pump means you can choose to bring one, or both. Also, when you're out for a ride you have the option of speed or $$$ savings. I find if i am along a busy road with a narrow shoulder, or work area, the CO2 can be a lifesaver, otherwise i will save the CO2 and use my arms. The build quality is stunning. It is entirely CNC milled aluminum which makes for a great looking piece, but it is also 100% rebuildable should there ever be a need. This is built for the long haul. Like I said earlier, you can spend less, but I would be comfortable saying this will easily outlast any other pump on the market. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Have since convinced others to buy them as well.
