Banish numb toes.
Booties and wool socks are great ways to keep the cold out and your toes from going completely numb while you tough it out on the bike on cold days. If you could still use extra insulation, Lake's Winter Insole is the next step.
Made with a moisture-wicking felt outer layer to keep you dry, the insole's inner reflective material helps block cold from reaching your feet, while a layer of air cells trap your body's natural heat rather than letting it escape, acting as an insulating layer against the cold. Note that the Winter Insole was designed to provide warmth and insulation within your shoe, and it doesn't address arch support.

I always have cold feet, as soon as the temps get lower than 65. These insoles make a very noticeable difference. If I add, just my toe caps, my feet stay warm into the low 50s. The only downside, is they are a tad bulky, and until I had broken them in a little, my toes got a little sore, from not enough space in my shoes.
They are durable, comfortable, breathable and deliver as promised. I hate cold feet.
