CX301 Cycling Shoe
Upgrade your clunky, worn out shoes and wrap your feet in modern, streamlined style with the Lake CX301 Cycling Shoes. A single Boa dial adorns the side of each shoe, providing precise fit adjustments and on-the-fly utility for exceptional comfort while maintaining clean lines and minimalist style.
This shoe isn't just about looks though, and hiding under that sleek exterior lies some decidedly high-end touches that make this shoe just as race-ready as it is aesthetically pleasing. The CX/TX Race last is a little narrower in the toe box and heel than the Competition last found on Lake's CX237 for a streamlined, glove-like fit that minimizes excess foot movement and prevents hot spots. Combined with a feathery light and stiff carbon fiber sole, the CX301 Shoe efficiently transfers every watt of power output to the pedals.

Pleased with the performance and feel so far. I have worn Sidi for 20+ yrs and wanted to try something different. It really is light and the microfiber is much cooler than the Sidi shoes. My foot is on the narrow side and the fit on these is great. Would have given 5 stars if the color of the pair I received was close to shoe pictured. What I received is very yellow looking - no hint or shade of green..

Super Light, Super Stiff
- I've put it through the wringer
- Runs small
These shoes run small. I went with size 41 originally but they weren't much larger than the Vittoria Ikons size 39 I just grew out of; the 41.5s I ended up with are perfect match to my other size 7 US shoes. These shoes have really light and airy uppers and are considerably lighter overall than the Ikons they are replacing. The single BOA tightens them perfectly. The soles are super stiff and well ventilated (they run much, much cooler then my Ikons (no more hot feet!)). I only have a few hundred miles on them, but based upon their performance so far, I am very confident I will outgrow them long before I outlast them....will let you know how we do in about 6 months...AIDANINRPV

My first shoe other than an S works. I’ll never go back great shoe for a narrow foot.
