Paper thin

Familiarity:: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Size Bought:: M
Height:: 5' 7"
Weight:: 145

I buy a hooded sweatshirt for warmth. I tried it on and could feel the wind coming through the shirt. Every order from backcountry comes snail mail. 2 day shipping is the new norm. Fix that please, I plan to order from you often, not if I have to wait a week.
