The La Sportiva Skimo Glove is all about the ascent. It's lightly insulated with Polartec Alpha insulation, striking a balance between warmth and breathability, and has a blended merino wool lining that wicks away sweat so your hands stay dry and comfortable. The palm of the Skimo is reinforced with leather for exceptional grip and rock-solid protection when you have to hold tightly to your poles or rappel into a sketchy line.

Skimo, or Mountain Running?
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
