Mol color shrinks badly after first wash

I loved the look/fit/feel of this when it came in. I have other colors of this item (black, oatmeal, blue, etc.), and have washed/dried them for years without issue. I didn't wear it for a while after I bought it, but when I did and had to wash it a major problem arose. After washing in cold water and drying on low like I always have with other color Interceptr pullovers, the Mol color one shrunk so badly my girlfriend who is half my size can wear it without it looking big. A mens size XXL shrunk down to a womens size S/M. I have been buying Kuhl stuff for years, and I know some of their older stuff had this issue, but the 1/4 Zip Interceptr hasn't had this issue until now. I would ask for a refund, but I know they won't accept a worn/washed item this far past purchase. Buyer beware.
