Poor customer service from Kuhl not BC

One star I bought a pair of expensive pants from this company. They fit me properly and after moderate use the top buckle or snap failed. I wore them a few times after that and then the zipper failed. I wrote the company sent them pictures they seemed OK but a little bit pompous on the phone and even cocky . They asked me to send a picture and I did they said that it looked like it was broken because of excessive force which I felt that was rude because it’s not true. I’m fit and the pants fit me Anyway after a bunch of run around they wanted me to mail the pants back to them even though they had a picture. And I suspect the reason why they wanted to mail back so they could find something else wrong with those to not warrantee the product I think it’s a bunch of crap and horrible customer service when you’re paying $100 for a pair of cotton pants.

First and foremost, Backcountry is an awesome store, cool people, cool items, cool prices.... Above the law pants are simply the best work pants I've ever owned. Real rugged look, perfect fit, totally comfortable... It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a pair. Kuhl has quality stuff....

I 've experienced something very similar while dealing with KUHL. They seem to not care about their customers very much. Says a lot to me. Especially when there are so many competitors with excellent customer service, that not only stand behind there gear but are always friendly. I buy A LOT of outdoor clothing and it will play a major factor in my future choices. To Kuhl, DO BETTER
