Drop it like it's hot.
If a dropper post isn't already a key feature of your XC setup, you're already behind the times. Invest in all the hyperlight cassettes, carbon frames, and lighter-than-air wheels you want, but you'll still get left in the dust when you hop off in the middle of a ride to raise or lower your seat. It follows that the KS LEV-272 Integra Dropper Seatpost is the most effective time saver you can buy. Made from lightweight and burly aluminum, it has an internally routed cable to prevent twisting, breaking, and catching, and KS's patented one-way roller clutch bearing, which provides infinitely adjustable settings and eliminates the side-to-side play common with most dropper posts.
On top, the seat rail clamp has two angled bolts for micro adjustments and increased strength, while the handlebar remote is designed to replace the inner ring of an ODI Lock-On grip for a streamlined and comfortable assembly. The Integra's braided cables are rugged and reliable, and come with barrel adjusters to help you dial in the correct tension for reliable and precise seatpost adjustments without the fuss.

- Q & A
Has anyone put this on a Specialized Epic Carbon? I'm concerned it don't go down far enough in the frame. Anybody have a picture?
Hey Jason, I have seen them run with the non internal routing option before and they worked great. The 410mm seatpost length should be able to go down far enough in the seat tube, but if you wouldn't mind giving me a call at 801.204.4547 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org I'd be happy to chat more on it! Cheers, Connor
It looks like this does work on a Specialized Epic carbon.
