- Magic Link: Descending – two springs in series work together for soft initial spring rate that progressively increases, allowing the geometry to slacken, and chainstays to lengthen for stable high-speed handling
- Magic Link: Climbing – Pedal forces disengage secondary spring for a firm bob-reduced ride, travel drops to 50 millimeters, head and seat tube angles steepen, and the chainstays shorten
- Performance-orientated Shimano SLX and XT 10-speed drivetrain components provide a wide range of gear ratios for any mountain situation
