    Designed for any adventure.

Based out of Åre Sweden, Klattermusen knows what it means to hike in cold and wet climates and ski in subarctic temperatures. Designed and built for all-around adventuring in these kind of environments, the Allgron Men's Jacket will be your go-to shell whether you're trekking through temperate rain forests, snow shoeing along the flanks of Cascadia volcanoes, or just riding your bike into the office on a drizzly spring day.

Always considerate of its impact on the environment, Klettermusen crafted the Allgron from 100% recycled materials and utilized a PTFE-free membrane to limit its environmental impact. The three-layer shell, taped seams, and fully-adjustable hood offer serious protection against mountain weather, while the jacket's underarm zips, adjustable hem, and full-length front zip let you quickly lose excess heat if things should start to get too toasty. The Allgron's simple, yet intuitive design puts two large pockets along the torso of the jacket, making them pack strap- and harness-compatible, and the soft brushed hood and collar lining is there to add a soft and insulating feel around the face for added comfort and warmth when you're adventuring in the harsh and abrasive mountains.

I was skeptical because of the price point, I mean, can it really be THAT good? My verdict is... yes. Yes it can be. I've been wearing it nonstop since I purchased one a few months ago. I'm a bit larger guy so I thought that since Klättermusen is European, it would be a bit small on me (normally I'm an L-XL). I purchased the XL and there is room for multiple layers underneath.

The Allgrön has mitten friendly adjustable straps on its wrists, so it is super convenient to tighten up the sleeves whenever I need to. The hoodie clasps shut up to your nose, so there is no wind going down your neck or anything when you are going snowboarding down the slopes. The back is extended and the material by nature is quite stretchy, so moving around doesn't shift the fit of the jacket on you which is a problem I've had with similar jackets.

Something a bit more subtle that I noticed, there is a flap on the hoodie that catches on your head, so when you tighten and adjust the hoodie to your specific head, the visor/fabric moves with your head so you aren't moving your head inside of the clothing.
