    The sleeping bag redesigned.

The Kelty Women's Sine 20 Sleeping Bag comes with the protection and weight-saving mummy shape that backpackers look for, and a unique Arc Zipper System that allows you to sleep like you usually do at home. Two zippers run diagonally across the front of the bag so your arms and legs can splay while you sleep. This sleeping bag also boasts Kelty's most protective and lofty insulation. DriDown keeps the bag's weight down to two pounds, and it maintains its lofty warmth in moisture-riddled environments. Kelty also designed this bag with an adjustable hood and ergonomic toebox to keep you snug in cold weather, and the built-in pillow accommodates puffy jackets for extra comfort.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is great for someone who camps in cold and really warm conditions, and wants a bag that can handle both. I took this to the desert and the zippers came in handy, since the night is warm to start with, and cools down significantly. So, the flexibility of the temperature was a big selling point for me.

I did not have any issues with the zippers. I also haven't taken it below 38 degrees, so I'm sure how it will do there. But it has a lot of loft, so I feel confident with the product.

I really liked the built in compression sack, as well. A nice bonus!

    Nice

I have a synthetic 20 degree bag that is not nearly as warm as this bag. It also packs to about half the size of that bag. I am impressed! The down feels luxurious, and the fabric repels condensation reasonably well. I had no problems with the zippers. I would recommend this bag.

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

My initial impressions of this bag were great. It's warm and fairly lightweight. There are two vertical zippers that go across the torso and feet. The venting concept is super cool, however if unzipped too far at the top, the zippers were very easy to separate at the end, making it a bit difficult and time consuming to zip up again. Folks who easily overheat will like the zipper at the toe box...great for dumping heat. The hood also features a pocket so that you can slip a puffy jacket inside and make a make-shift pillow., and the high draft collar is welcome on chilly nights. This is a great price for an 800 fill down bag, and I certainly would have kept it if not for the zippers
