Keen took a new approach while designing the Women's Uneek Sandal, for enhanced comfort and performance on all your outdoor adventures. Two braided polyester cords give the upper an extremely secure fit while still allowing the same breathability and comfort you'd expect out of your favorite pair of sandals. This unique upper gives a better performance when you're swimming on river trips, hiking short distances to your next campsite, or walking off a multipitch climb. The braided cords compress for compact storage in backpacks. Keen also added a metatomical footbed for support, a lightweight PU midsole for cush, and a razor siping sole pattern for better traction in water.

The shoes look very cool, but the mesh kept rubbing on my little toes. Was not even able to wear them on short walks :(

Great for Walks
These shoes fit really nicely and took little to no time to break in!! I use them for walking the pup, so no offroading feedback from me. They are really comfortable and no signs of rope burn or blistering after two weeks of daily use!! They are exactly what I wanted for comfort and silip on/ off ease

Dorky but oh so comfy!
You just have to try these on to understand how cool they are. They are the perfect summer sandal. They're comfortable enough to wear on short hikes, the rope makes them great for playing in the water and they're just great all around hanging out summer sandals. I tried them because I have wide feet and sandals are just plain hard for me to find. Usually Chacos and Birkenstocks are the only sandals that work for me so I was excited to find Keen. They're much more functional than I expected. They're breathable because of the space between the ropes but there is still enough rope to offer some protection. I wouldn't hike in my Birkenstocks and my Chacos are so open I can still stub my toes. I like these because they're kind of part shoe and part sandal. Seriously the perfect outdoorsy summer shoe. Don't be afraid to look dorky and just get yourself a pair.

Love my uneeks
The best water shoes, for any occasion. I wore them kayaking, white water rafting, paddleboarding, and just for a casual day at the lake. They are very comfort and offer great arch support. There are a ton of colors available, but I went with a pretty aqua blue which matches really well with most of my bathing suits.

So UNEEK :)
Okay, truth. I am starting to like these better than my Chacos. These are pretty unique I would have to say. -I've had a lot of compliments on them, people are usually impressed by the paracord. -They are super comfy. I like the support they have in the arch. I hiked 9 miles at Bryce Canyon in these and my feet did not hurt one bit. My feet did sweat a little though. Oh, also, when hiking in my Chacos I get a lot of rocks stuck in them when hiking in these I rarely got rocks in them, maybe 3 times when hiking 9 miles!! That's a plus! - The color is cute. I do think these look a little dorky though but I feel the same way about the look of my Chacos. Who cares what they look like right, as long as they are comfortable? -When I first put them on I did not want to take them off because they were so comfortable. -I used them camping a few times and got them wet. I would have to say they already smell a little bad unfortunately. :/ I am hoping the smell will go away after a few more river runs. - I usually wear a size 6 but in these I went a half size up and purchased a 6.5. They fit perfectly. PS. If you are ever in need of Paracord for survival just cut your shoes and BAM.

Great looking shoes
I bought these for an upcoming hike in water. I wore them a few times out and about and LOVED them.Very comfortable and great in the AZ weather. Wore them on the hike and after 3 miles I had to put my regular shoes on because they rubbed the top of my 3rd and 4th toe raw. I did end up wearing them in the water for a bit and they were great and dried great. Little pebbles did get into the shoe but the foot bed is amazing. I think I will stick with out and about or very short distance. Would of given 5 if not for the toe rubbing.

Nothing but great!
I have wide feet and I am always looking for a new style that won't pinch. I ordered my regular size and the fit is perfect. Some days I am on my feet most of the day working on cement. I wore these sandals one day and my feet felt fine at the end of the day, my legs didn't ache. I am planning to wear these until the snow flies! Love the cord style.

KEEN Uneeks are the best!
Purchased these KEENs based on their really cool look and hoping for a comfortable fit that I could wear while traveling, sightseeing, urban trekking, etc. Extremely pleased with their performance! They are light and open enough for wearing in the hot Florida summer, but also provided enough coverage to keep my feet comfortable during an overly air-conditioned plane ride. They were rugged enough to provide protection from luggage wheels while making my way through a crowded airport, and good looking enough to ellicit a couple of "Wow, I really like your shoes"! So glad I purchased these, they are the best!

Can this be used as a water shoe?

Jamie, You can definitely use these in the water. The cord may absorb a little water. Shoot me an email anytime you have questions! Jared D. Expert Gearhead 801.736.4336 email@example.com
