A suggestion
I’ve had 4 previous pairs of the Targhee - I tend to use these as a slip on shoe - probably because of my age and being stiffer. What wears out first is the fabric at the top of the heal exposing a sharp plastic support that blisters my heal - I recommend your using a glove leather in the interior of the heal for a greater durability.

Comfortable but hot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I walk a lot for work through all sorts of terrain. The last pair of KEEN’s I had were waterproof. They held in all the heat and kept my feet pretty sweaty in warm weather. I bought these because they are breathable, but they’re still pretty hot. As for comfort, 10/10.

Great casual shoe
This is my 3rd pair of Targhees. Very comfortable for around the house or walking about. Almost every other pair of shoes in my closet require added arch supports. These shoes were a perfect fit right out of the box.
