Comfort right out of the box

We all wear KEEN boots on are crew, They are undoubtedly the best footwear out there. Especially when on sale, that’s a no brainer. My existing KEENS were a bit worn on the soul. Put the new ones on, I was able to work on a steep snowy slope w/o spikes. I called them Billy goat boots, they are truly Great! Thanks for asking! Jim

Not waterproof

I am an avid Keen boot person. They are usually the only Boots I will buy and they last a long time, are great in all seasons, and are comfortable out of the box. These boots were very comfortable, and looked good, but they were supposed to be waterproof and were not at all. Even just walking in a little snow, just over the toe, and my feet were wet and cold within minutes. Too bad as I did like they way they looked, I returned them and went and got another pair of Keens I already have had and are trusted true.

No longer waterproof

Comfortable but no longer waterproof. After about 2 years of light use cutting my small 1000 sf lawn and shoveling my 50' driveway, the rubber split apart letting water in. I had high hopes for these and paid much more than I normally would in the hopes these would last. As with many products these days, they are only made to last a few years. Likely not going to by Keen again.

Great boots

This is a follow up on review that was a one star review, because they did not help me out in replacing boots that had a manufacturing defect on my first attempt with customer service. However, in the end they replaced the boots. My first pair of these boots is still awesome and they have lasted amazingly well considering how many miles I’ve put on them. Waterproof durable and comfortable. After the accepted replacement of the boots I tried to see if there was a way to take down my first review, but was told it cannot be taken down.

Coming apart at the seams

After owning a short time, and limited wear boot is coming apart where it joins the sole. Feet get soaked. Though a comfortable boot doesn’t hold up to minimal use. Would like to add a photo to show the issue, however not an option.

Great waterproof boot.

So far these have been great. Love the wide toe box, and feel of the shoe. They have great traction in the mud up, and downhill. I have the targhee vent boot, and this fits similarly but waterproof.

Great Boots

I have extremely flat feet and needs proper support. With that said these are very comfortable and well made. I'm impressed with these boots. I would definitely recommend them.

Not bad, but there are complaints

Hello. I bought these boots in Europe (I clarify in case there is a difference between European and American products). They look stylish and good. Before that, I had 2 pairs of sandals and 1 pair of boots from the Keen brand and I know my Keen size - 9.5 US. (I also bought Revel 3, I will write a review about them on the corresponding page). The actual size of the Ridge Flex turned out to be larger than indicated. Even when I wear two pairs of socks, I still have a margin for length. The next claim, it is the main one - saving on trifles. The seam threads on my boots were torn. I did not attach importance to this right away, it was not striking, but over time, a month later, I began to pay attention to this, it began to be an eyesore. Keen made good boots, but small savings and / or manufacturing defects spoil the impression very much. If there is any doubt in my words, I can add a photo of broken threads on the seams. I have been wearing keen shoes for a long time, I like the quality and style, but this time I got a bad pair. I hope that the management after reading my review will correct the situation. It's a shame to lose such a brand because of ... we call it "saving on matches"
